1. When the push button switch is installed on the panel, it must be placed reasonably and neatly, and it can be placed from top to bottom or from left to right according to the sequence in which the motors are started.
2. The push button board and the button box must be made of metal, and try to connect them with the general grounding bus of the machine tool. It is necessary to have a dedicated grounding wire for the hanging button, and the metal tube cannot be used as the grounding wire.
3. The push button switch with indicator light is easy to deform the plastic lampshade due to the heat of the bulb, so the voltage of the bulb should be lowered to prolong the service life.
4. The "stop" button must be red, the "emergency stop" button must be red mushroom head type, the "start" button should be provided with a protective retaining ring, and the protective retaining ring must be higher than the button head to avoid accidental influence on electrical The device malfunctions.
5. The device fixing of the push button switch should be firm, and the wiring should be firm. Usually the red button means stop and the green or black button means start or power up, don't get it wrong when setting it up.
6. Because the distance between the contacts of the push button switch is small, once it is stained with oil and other stains, it will be prone to short-circuit faults, so keep the contacts clean.
7. When the button is used in high temperature occasions, it is easy to deform and age the plastic, which will lead to loosening and short circuit between the wiring screws. An insulating plastic tube can be added to the wiring screw to prevent short circuit. Therefore, these details should be done well when the button switch device is used.
