What are the characteristics of the metal push button switch and the ordinary push button switch?
Metal push button switch is a switch formed by metal as a button, including metal membrane switch, anti-overroll metal switch, metal proximity switch, etc. The metal membrane switch has a very thin metal membrane. The anti-overroll metal switch is mainly used for various cranes. The metal proximity switch is produced by foreign manufacturers. Phoebe Electronics
The switch component of this metal push button switch is a rocker-type double-contact switch component, which consists of a switch seat, a bracket of the device on the switch seat, a static reed fixed on the switch seat, a lower static reed and an upper static reed. The movable contact piece is formed by a movable contact piece between the piece and the lower static reed piece. One end of the movable contact piece is hinged to the cantilever end of the movable reed piece set on the bracket, and the other end of the movable contact piece is connected with a tension spring, and the other end of the tension spring is connected with a tension spring. One end is connected to the bracket, and a push block is connected to the connection end of the movable contact sheet tension spring, the push block protrudes from the upper surface of the switch seat and contacts the lower end of the button.
Because the metal push button switch adopts a rocker type double-contact switch assembly, its switching action is faster, and the contact stability of the switch during use is better, and it can be used in a wider range of current and voltage.

Metal push button manufacturers show you how to remove metal buttons.
For metal buttons, correct disassembly is very important. So what do you pay attention to when you remove a metal button? How do I flip the switch? First, grab your stuff, a small screwdriver and a large Phillips screwdriver. The first step is to flip open the cover of the wall switch. Generally, we can see a 0.5cm opening under the cover. We can open the panel from here. We then disassembled the small serrated screwdriver from the prepared thing and gently tilted the cover forward from the opening for easy disassembly. Once the cover is open and the fixing bolts are still out of sight, we need to disassemble the switch panel and carefully pry it open with a small screwdriver so that the switch panel falls off. Then the second switch panel can be disassembled as above, and you will see that there are two fixing bolts on the device bracket, which can be disassembled by turning a Phillips screwdriver counterclockwise. Once removed, replace the switch on the wall with the original wiring method.
