First of all, let's introduce what a button switch is and what is the principle of a button switch:
The button, referred to as the button, is generally used to open and close the control circuit. It is a low-voltage electrical appliance that announces directives in electric drives and is a widely used main electrical appliance. In the electrical active control circuit, it is used to manually announce the control signal, and control the touch device, relay, electromagnetic starter, etc. Its characteristic is that the device is in the initial free state most of the time in the working machinery and instruments, and only switches to the second state (position) under the effect of external force when needed. When the external force is removed, the switch returns to its original position due to the effect of the spring. The button switch can complete the basic control such as start, stop, forward and reverse rotation, speed change, and interlock. Typically, each pushbutton switch has two pairs of contacts. Each pair of contacts consists of a normally open contact and a normally closed contact. When the button is pressed, the two pairs of contacts act together, the normally closed contact opens and the normally open contact closes.
When we know what a button switch is or have a certain understanding of it, let's introduce the structure of the button switch:
The structure of the button switch consists of a button cap, a reset spring, a fixed contact, a movable contact, a shell and a strut link. When the button is not affected by external force (that is, static), the on-off status of the contacts can be divided into start button (that is, normally open button), stop button (that is, normally closed button) and compound button (that is, normally open and normally closed contacts are closed). two-for-one button). Regarding the start button, when the button cap is pressed, the contacts are closed, and when released, the contacts are actively opened and reset. On the contrary, when the abort button is pressed, the contacts are separated, and when released, the contacts are automatically closed and reset. The composite button is that when the button cap is pressed, the bridge-type moving contact moves downward, firstly disconnecting the normally closed contact, and then closing the normally open contact. When the button cap is released, the normally open and normally open contacts are first opened and reset, and then the normally open contacts are closed and reset.
