In the process of using a dip switch, if you encounter poor synchronisation, it will affect people's use, so how to solve the situation of poor synchronisation of dip switches?
The poor synchronisation of the code switch conversion refers to the fact that the two keys of the microswitch can not be activated at the same time under the push of the handle to connect the line, but rather a front and a back, resulting in a hysteresis action. This problem is due to the cumulative error after the assembly of parts, and then because of the lower part of the handle step plane serious deformation caused by. Parts consistency is poor, will cause the micro-switch action stroke difference, and press the handle at the end of the lower part of the step plane serious deformation, will cause its contact position with the micro-switch button changes. Press handle parts in the original design for the solid parts, diameter of 4mm, step diameter of 5.5mm, in the injection moulding process, will produce shrinkage deformation (for plastic parts, its surrounding wall thickness must be consistent as far as possible), resulting in the step plane is not flat, bad straightness, the step plane and the microswitch keys can not be contacted at the same time. When the handle is rotated by an angle, the position of the contact point changes. As a result, the conversion synchronisation of the code switch is poor in the process of using.
In order to solve this problem, we have improved the structure of the handle parts. In the centre of the original handle, a deep hole with a diameter of 2mm was added to make the thickness of the material around the handle basically uniform. As a result of this improvement, the injection moulded part no longer shrinks and deforms, the step end plane is straight, and the straightness of the outer circle is significantly improved, and is no longer affected by the angle of rotation of the handle. At the same time, the correction of the consistency of the parts concerned reduces the cumulative error.
