The working principle of the touch switch detection system: the live detection of the switch is finished first, and then the pin defect detection algorithm of the touch switch is studied according to the machine vision technology after the live detection is qualified. If the pin is missing, the white pixel area in the area will not be detected, which may be significantly less than the set standard threshold, so the touch switch is determined to be unqualified; if the pin is warped up or down, the pixel area in the ROI area of the calibrated pin will be reduced accordingly. According to the enterprise's detection requirements for the appearance of the  touch switch, the warping or down warping will cause the white area pixels in the area If the pin is moved to the right or left, part of the binarized pin area will not be in the calibrated ROI area, resulting in the corresponding reduction of the white pixel area in the calibrated ROI area. According to the experience of the welder, if the orientation of the pin deviates from the viewpoint of the original orientation by more than 10 degrees, the pin will be simply broken In the process of using, the white area pixels in ROI area calibrated by rules are reduced by more than 10%, and it is determined that touching the switch is unqualified.

In summary, it is only necessary to calculate the area of white pixels in the ROI area of the four pins calibrated, and compare with the standard threshold to detect the appearance pin defects of the light  touch switch.
