In this paper, four common methods of functional test of touch switch are introduced in detail
Function test method of light touch switch I. humidity resistance test
Methods: the samples were stored in 40 ± 2 ℃ 90-95% RH for 4 days and then placed in normal environment for 30 minutes.
Inspection standard: the contact resistance and insulation resistance are within the standard range, and there is no trace showing that the switch function is damaged.
Function test method of light touch switchII. Cold resistance test
Methods: it was placed in the environment of - 20 ± 3 ℃ for 4 days, and then placed in the normal environment for 30 minutes.
Inspection standard: the contact resistance and insulation resistance are within the standard range, and there is no trace showing that the switch function is damaged.
Function test method of light touch switch 3. High temperature resistance test
Methods: the temperature was 280 ± 30 ℃, the product was stored for 2-3 minutes, and then the handle and resistance were tested after heat dissipation.
Inspection standard: resistance, acrylic rebound, shape, etc.; no damage trace. The function of the switch is still intact.
Function test method of light touch switch IV. welding resistance test
1. Weldability test:
Methods: the welding feet were immersed in the tin bath about 2 mm deep, the inspection temperature was about 230 ± 5 ℃, and the holding time was 3 ± 0.5 seconds.
Inspection standard: more than 80% of the solder foot will be covered with tin.
2. Welding resistance test:
Methods: the temperature of soldering tin was controlled at 260 ± 5 ℃ and kept for 5 ± 1 seconds for over furnace soldering. The temperature was controlled at 350 ± 30 ℃ for 3 ± 0.5 seconds for hand welding (base plate), but abnormal pressure could not be applied to the welding feet.
Test standard: touch the switch without deformation, can meet the electrical function. Under abnormal pressure, this achievement is invalid.?
